IMP: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 5%/share (VND 500 per share).
- Payment time: 09/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Imexpharm Corporation, address: No. 04, 30/4 Street, Ward 1, Cao Lanh City, Dong Thap Province (on weekdays) starting from July 9, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
