+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at he headquarters of Huu Nghi Food Joint Stock Company (on weekdays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday) starting from June 26, 2025. If the shareholder authorizes another person to receive dividend, the authorized person has to present: Share ownership certificate, ID card/Passport of the authorized person and Power of Attorney certified by the competent authority. The form of Power of Attorney and Dividend Receiving Request is posted on the company's website: http://huunghi.com.vn.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
