L44: Notice on stock status

On 23/05/2025,HNX announces the stock status of Lilama 45.4 JSC (L44) as follows:
- L44 share are put under trading suspension with the effect since June 03, 2025 under Decision No. 641/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 because the issuer has no measures to remedy the cause leading to the stock being put on restricted trading list as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Law on Securities (the issuer has not announced the audited Annual Financial Statement 2022, 2023, 2024) as prescribed in Point e, Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange;
- L44 share are under trading restriction under Decision No. 642/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 because the issuer stops its main production and business activities for 01 year or more; had negative equity in the Audited Financial Statements of 2021 as prescribed in points a, d Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange.
