L44: ​Decision on being continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 642/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of L44 stock of Lilama 45.4 JSC as follows: 
- Reason: The Company stops its main production and business activities for 01 year or more; had negative equity in the Audited Financial Statements of 2021;
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday from the date the stock is put out of trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, d Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Lilama 45.4 JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 546/GD-SGDHN dated 23/5/2024.
