L44: Decision on putting the stock under trading suspension

On May 23, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announces Decision No. 641/QD-SGDHN on putting the following stock under trading suspension:
- Issuer: Lilama 45.4 JSC
- Stock code: L44
- Securities type: common stock
- Basis for consideration: The issuer has not announced the audited Annual Financial Statement 2022, 2023, 2024 to the HNX;
- Reason: The issuer has no measures to remedy the cause leading to the stock being put on restricted trading list as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Law on Securities;
- Effective date: June 03, 2025;
- Applicable law(s): Point e, Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading suspension as prescribed this Decision, Lilama 45.4 JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
