LCC: Decision on being continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 646/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of LCC stock of Hong Phong Cement Joint Stock Company as follows: 
- Reason: The Company did not hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises; had negative equity in the Audited Financial Statements of 2021;
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday from the date the stock is put out of trading suspension;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Hong Phong Cement Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 771 /GD-SGDHN dated 09/7/2024.
