Decision on being put on alert:
On May 22, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 562/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
·         Issuer: Electrical Mechanical Equipment And Spare Parts Joint Stock Company
·         Securities type: common stock
·         Stock code: EMG
·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
·         Reason: The audit organization has expressed the qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements of 3 consecutive years and more
.          Effective date: 27/05/2025
·          Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, EMG must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On May 22, 2025, HNX announces the status of Electrical Mechanical Equipment And Spare Parts Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: EMG) as follows: EMG share are put on alert from 27/05/2025 according to Decision No. 562/QD-SGDHN dated 22/05/2025 due to the reason(s) that the audit organization has expressed the qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements of 3 consecutive years and more as prescribed at Point a Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
