SSN: ​Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 648/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of SSN stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023. 2024 for more than 45 days; the Company has received the Court's decision to open bankruptcy proceedings in accordance with the law on corporate bankruptcy;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, d Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Saigon Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces No. 1065/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024.
