SSN: ​Decision on being put under trading suspension

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces Decision No. 647/QD-SGDHN on being put under trading suspension of Saigon Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SSN) as follows:
- Ground for trading suspension: the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2022, 2023, 2024;
- Reason(s): the Company has not provide a remedy plan, according to Point d Clause 1 Article 33 of Securities Law;
- Effective date: June 03, 2025;
- Applicable law(s): Point e, Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading suspension, Saigon Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy plan.
