ITA: Decision on being put under trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Following Decision No 654/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction of ITA stocks as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason:
+          The Company is late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Effective date: 29/05/2025
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s):
+          Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange;
-           Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading restriction, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.


Notice of stock status
On 23/05/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation (ITA) as follows:
- ITA shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 654/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the reason The Company is late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure at Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- ITA shares remains under trading suspension following the Decision No 59/QD-SGDHN dated 06/02/2025 due to the reason that The Tan Tao Investment and Industry Corporation is a company that is subject to compulsory delisting due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
