TNA: ​Decision on trading restriction and Notice on stock status

(1) Decision on trading restriction
Following Decision No. 655/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025, HNX announces the following stock under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Thien Nam Trading Import Export JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: TNA
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: the Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Effective date: May 29, 2025
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, TNA must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
(2) Notice on stock status
On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Thien Nam Trading Import Export JSC’s shares (stock code: TNA) as follows:
- TNA shares is under trading restriction according to Decision No. 655/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure as prescribed in Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Effective date: be traded on Friday weekly.
- TNA shares is under trading suspension according to Decision No. 1216/QD-SGDHN dated November 22, 2024 due to the company seriously violates the obligation to disclose information as prescribed in Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, according to  Point d, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
