L44: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 is not eligible to be held (1st time)

On 26/5/2025, Lilama 45.4 JSC announced that: 
• Total number of shareholders invited to attend: All shareholders listed on the shareholder list as of May 5, 2025, owning 3,980,000 voting shares of Lilama 45.4 JSC.
• The number of delegates attending the Meeting includes 08 shareholders and shareholder representatives, owning and representing ownership of 1,532,050 voting shares, accounting for 38.494% of the total number of voting shares of the Company.
• According to the Law on Enterprises and the Charter of the Company's organization and operation, the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Lilama 45.4 JSC is not eligible to hold the Meeting.
