PTE: Results of the unsuccessful organization of the first annual general meeting of shareholders in 2025

On May 26, 2025, Phu Tho Cement JSC would like to notify the results of the unsuccessful organization of the first annual general meeting of shareholders in 2025.
With the attendance rate: 28.98.7% (equivalent to 3,515,501 shares) of the total number of voting shares. The first annual general meeting of shareholders in 2025 did not have  more than 50% of the shareholder to attend the meeting.
