LUT: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Following Decision No. 606/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of LUT stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statements 2024;
- Reason: the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 for more than 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period;
- Another reason/Other reasons: the Company was late in submitting Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2024 and the Audited Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period; the company is forced into delisting out of auditor's disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statements 2022;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Luong Tai Construction JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Luong Tai Construction JSC’s shares (stock code: LUT) as follows:
- LUT shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 606/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the reason that the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2024 and the Audited Financial Statement 2023, 2024 for more than 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period; the company is forced into delisting out of auditor's disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statements 2022 at Points b, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- LUT shares are under alert according to Decision No. 739/QD-SGDHN dated July 09, 2024 due to the reason that the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises so it belonged to the cases under Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
