Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 604/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HSI stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Audited financial statements 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days; The company has negative equity in its audited 2022 financial statements
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, General materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 516/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024.

Notice of stock status
On 23/05/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of General materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (HSI) as follows:
- HSI shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 604/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the reasons the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2023, 2024 for more than 45 days; The company has negative equity in its audited 2022 financial statements at Point a, b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- HSI shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 749/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the reason that the of General materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year; The General materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has an annual financial statement given a qualified opinion by an audit organization for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed in Point a, b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
