HSA: Decision on being put under trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Decision on being put under trading restriction
Following Decision No. 657/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction of HSA stocks as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason:
+          The Company is late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Effective date: 29/05/2025
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable law(s):
+          Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange;
-           Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading restriction, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On 23/05/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Hestia Joint Stock Company (HSA) as follows:
- HSA shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 664/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the reason The Company is late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure at Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- HSA shares remains under trading suspension following the Decision No 977/QD-SGDHN dated 11/09/2024 due to the reason that The Hestia Joint Stock Company seriously violates the obligation to disclose information as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
