Decision on the stock remaining under trading suspension
Following Decision No. 598/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains under trading suspension as follow:
- Issuer: Hung Vuong Corporation
- Stock code: HVG
- Securities type: common stock
- Basis for consideration: The registered organization continues to delay submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 more than 45 days from the end of the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed;
- Effective date: 23/05/2025
- Reason: Hung Vuong Corporation is does not take measures to remedy the causes leading to the stock being put on alert or put under trading restriction as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Law on Securities;
- Another reason: The Hung Vuong Corporation is a company that is subject to compulsory delisting due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations;
- Applicable law(s): Point e, d Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains under alert as prescribed in this Decision, Hung Vuong Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 582/GD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024

Notice of stock status
On 23/05/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of The Hung Vuong Corporation (stock code: HVG) as follows:
- HVG shares remains under trading suspension following the Decision No. 598/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the reason that The Hung Vuong Corporation is does not take measures to remedy the causes leading to the stock being put on alert or put under trading restriction (The registered organization continues to delay submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 more than 45 days from the end of the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed); The Hung Vuong Corporation is a company that is subject to compulsory delisting due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations as prescribed in Point e, d Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
- HVG shares are put under trading restriction/remains on alert following the Decision No. 1051/QD-SGDHN dated 04/10/2024 due to the reasons The company did not hold an annual general meeting of shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years; The registered organization continues to delay submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 more than 45 days from the end of the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed at Point b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
