ATB: ​​​Decision on being put under trading suspension, Decision on continued UPCoM trading restriction and Notice of stock status

(1) Decision on being put under trading suspension
On May 23, 2025, HNX announces Decision No. 649/QD-SGDHN on being put under trading suspension of An Thinh Joint Stock Company (stock code: ATB) as follows:
- Ground for trading suspension: The company has failed to disclose their Reviewed Semi-Annual Financial Statements 2022, 2023, 2024 without any remedies;
- Reason(s): the Company has not provide a remedy plan, according to Point d Clause 1 Article 46 of Securities Law;
- Effective date: June 03, 2025;
- Applicable law(s): Point e, Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading suspension, An Thinh Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy plan.
(2) Decision on continued UPCoM trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 650/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of ATB stock as follows:
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023, 2024 for over 45 days; The auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the company’s 2021 financial statement 
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, c Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1041/QD-SGDHN dated 21/10/2024.
(3) Notice of stock status
- ATB shares are under trading suspension from June 03, 2025 due to The company has not provide a remedy plan according to the provisions at Point d Clause 1 Article 46 of Securities Law and Point e, Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
- ATB shares are under trading restriction following the Decision 650/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the company was late in submitting reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023, 2024 for over 45 days; The auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the company’s 2021 financial statement  according to the  provision at Points b, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
