AVF: ​ Decision on being continued trading suspension and Notice on stock status

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces Decision No. 565/QD-SGDHN continued trading suspension of Anvifish Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: AVF) as follows:

- Ground for trading suspension: The Company is late in submitting the Audited financial statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed;

- Reason(s): The Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law;

- Applicable law(s): Point  e Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange

Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading suspension, Anvifish Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy plan.

This Decision replaces Decision No. 592/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024

(2) Notice on stock status

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Anvifish Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: AVF) as follows:

- AVF shares are under continued trading suspension according to Decision No.599/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due the company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities, regulaiton as prescribed in Points E Clause 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange

- AVF shares are put under continued trading restriction according to Decision No.1042/QD-SGDHN dated 04/10/2024 due to the reason(s) that the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law;  the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2021, 2022, 2023,2024 for more than 45 days;the company had negative owner equity in Review financial statement 2020; The auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2019; it belongs to the case of trading restriction as prescribed in Points a, b, c, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Trading restriction: it is only traded on Friday weekly when it is removed from trading suspension.
