Decision on being put on trading restriction on UPCoM
On May 23, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 659/QD-SGDHN putting the C21 stock of Century 21 Joint Stock Company under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Century 21 Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: C21
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024;
- Reason: the company is late to submit the audited financial statements of 2024 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure
- Effective date: 29/05/2025
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Points b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, C21 must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
 On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Century 21 Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: C21) as follows:
- C21 shares are put on trading restriction following the Decision 659/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the company is late to submit the audited financial statements of 2024 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure according to the  provision at Points b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
