RCD: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

(1) Decision on continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 635/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of RCD stock of Rubber real estate construction joint stock company as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statements 2024;
- Reason: The Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed;
- Another reason: The Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed, The company has stopped production and business activities for one (01) year or more, The auditor gives disclaimer of opinion to the Financial Statements 2022;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, c, d Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction, Rubber real estate construction joint stock company shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 949/GD-SGDHN dated 04/9/2024.
(2) Notice on stock status
On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Rubber real estate construction joint stock company’s shares (stock code: RCD) as follows:
- RCD shares is under trading restriction according to Decision No. 635/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to The Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023, 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure, The company has stopped production and business activities for one (01) year or more, The auditor gives disclaimer of opinion to the Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed in Point b, c, d Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
