MHL: Notice on stock status

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Minh Huu Lien JSC’s shares (stock code: MHL) as follows:
- MIM shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No.658/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 because the company was late in submitting Audited financial statement 2024 for over 45 days as prescribed in Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- MHL shares are put under trading suspension according to Decision No.985/QD-SGDHN dated 16/09/2024 because the company was mandatory delisted because it caused a serious violation of the information disclosure obligation accoriding to Point O Section 1 Article 120 of the Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP as prescribed in Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
