* Decision on stock under continued trading restriction:
Following Decision No. 623/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Tung Kuang Industrial Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: TKG
- Effective date: 23/05/2025
- Reason: The Company had submission of the Audited Financial Statements 2024 delayed over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure
- Other reasons: The Company was forced into delisting out of their failure to fulfill financial obligations with the HNX under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Securities
- Trading restriction method: Trade is only available every Fridays from the date of being lifted out of trading suspension
- Applicable regulations: Points b & g Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- This Decision supersedes Decision No. 12/QD-SGDHN dated 06/01/2025 by Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock under trading restriction.
