On 23/05/2025, HNX announces the status of Tung Khanh Trading and Manufacturing Joint Stock Company (stock code: TKG) as follows:
- TKG shares are under trading restriction under Decision No. 623/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 as the Company had submission of the Audited Financial Statements 2024 over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure and was forced into delisting out of their failure to fulfill financial obligations with the HNX under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP by the Government;
- TKG shares are under trading suspension under Decision No. 11/QD-SGDHN dated 06/01/2025 as the Company was forced into delisting out of their serious breach of information disclosure obligations under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP by the Government.
