NGC: Notice on stock status

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of NGOQUYEN Processing Export JSC’s shares (stock code: NGC) as follows:
- NGC shares are put on continued alert according to Decision No.752/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the reason(s) the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders when the fiscal year ends according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at Points a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- NGC shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No.609/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024 because the company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statements 2023 and 2024 for over 45 days; it had negative owner equity in Audited Financial Statement 2022 as prescribed at Points a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
