NDF: Decision on continued trading suspension on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 568/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading suspension of NDF stock as follows:
- Base of review: the company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statement 2024 for over 45 days.
- Reason for continued trading suspension: The company did not have nay remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities
- Other reasons: the company was compulsory delisted due to serious breach of information disclosure according to Decision No.686/QD-SGDHN dated 11/10/2019;
- Applicable law(s): Points e, d Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading suspension as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, NDF must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision Decision No. 578/QD-SGDHN dated May 23 2024.
