LTG: Decision on continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 610/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of LTG stock of Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statements 2024;
- Reason: The Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed;
- Another reason: The Company is late in submitting the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction, Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
