LTG: Notice on stock status

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Loc Troi Group Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LTG) as follows:
- LTG stock is under trading restriction under Decision No. 610/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the reasons that the Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 and Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed that is under point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
