KSH: Decision on continued trading suspension

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading suspension of KSH stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: The Company continues being late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2024 over 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period;
- Reason(s): The Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d Section 1 Article 46 of the Law on Securities;
- Applicable law(s): Point(s) dd and e Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading suspension, Damac GLS Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
