KSH: Notice on stock status

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Damac GLS Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KSH) as follows:
- KSH shares are under trading suspension due to the reason that the Company has no measures to overcome the causes leading to trading restriction (continuing to delay submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 beyond 45 days from the end of the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed) as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law according to Point e Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange;
- KSH shares are under trading restriction due to the reason that the company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2024 for over 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure according to Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange; allowed to be traded on Friday weekly from the date the shares are being put out of trading suspension;
- KSH shares are under alert due to the reason that the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2022 within the maximum period from the end of the financial year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises according to Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
