KHL: Decision on continued trading suspension

On May 23, 2025, HNX announced the continued trading suspension of Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials JSC’s shares (stock code: KHL) as follows:
- Base for consideration: the Company continued being late in submitting Audited Financial Statements 2024 for over 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period;
- Reason: The Company has no measures to overcome the causes leading to trading restriction as prescribed in Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law;
- Applicable law(s): Point e Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/4/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading suspension, Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials JSC shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
