KHL: Notice on stock status

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Hung Long Mineral and Building Materials JSC’s shares (stock code: KHL) as follows:
- KHL shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 572/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the reason(s) that the company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d Section 1 Article 46 of the Securities Law (continuing being late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 beyond 45 days from the end of the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed); falling under the case of shares being suspended from trading as prescribed in Point e, Clause 1, Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange;
- KHL shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 1053/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024 due to the reasons that the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statements 2017; the Company was late in submitting Reviewed Financial Statements 2024 for over 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period under Points b and c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange; Trading restriction: only allowed to be traded on Friday weekly from the day being removed from trading suspension;
- KHL shares are on alert due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting 2024 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises under the case of alert under Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
