HAI: Decision on continued trading restriction

Pursuant to Decision No. 625/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HAI stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Audited financial statements 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 and Audited semi-annual financial statements 2023, 2024 for more than 45 days; The company did not hold an annual general meeting of shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years beyond the deadline;
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, h Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, H.A.I Agrochem Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1123/QD-SGDHN dated 21/10/2024.
