CT3: Notice on stock status

 On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Project 3 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: CT3) as follows:
- CT3 shares are put on trading restriction following the Decision 665/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the company is late to submit the audited financial statements of 2024 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure according to the  provision at Points b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- CT3 shares are under alert according to Decision No.742/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years within the time limit from the end of the fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of Enterprise Law, as prescribed at Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
