Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 626/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of IBC stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Audited financial statements 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2024 for more than 45 days;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2023 and Audited semi-annual financial statements 2024 for more than 45 days;
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1124/QD-SGDHN dated 21/10/2024.

Notice of stock status
On 23/05/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company (IBC) as follows:
- IBC shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 626/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025 due to the reason the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2023, 2024 and Audited semi-annual financial statements 2024 for more than 45 days at Point b, h Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- IBC shares remains under trading suspension following the Decision No. 1293/QD-SGDHN dated 08/12/2023 due to the reason that The Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company is a company that is subject to compulsory delisting due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations at Point d Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- IBC shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 729/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the reason that the Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Point b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
