LTC: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 627/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of LTC stock of Low Current-Telecom Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statements 2024;
- Reason: The Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed;
- Another reason: The auditor gives disclaimer of opinion to the Financial Statements 2023;
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Points b, c Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction, Low Current-Telecom Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.

On May 23, 2025, HNX announces the status of Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LTC) as follows: LTC stock is under trading restriction under Decision No. 627/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the reasons that the Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed; the auditing company gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Company’s Financial Statements 2023 under points b, c Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Vietnam Exchange.
