BSI: Payment of 2024 stock dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10:1 (Shareholder owning 10 shares will receive 1 new shares)
- Rounding principle, Handling of Fractional Shares: The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. Any fractional shares resulting from rounding (if any) will be removed.
Example: Shareholder A owns 111 shares on the record date to finalize the list of shareholders exercising rights. With the rate of 10:1, shareholder A will receive 111/10*1 = 11.1 shares. According to the above rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 11 new shares, the franctional number of 0.1 shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at the Company's head office (Customer Service Department - 8th Floor, Thaiholdings Building, 210 Tran Quang Khai, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi). When receiving dividends, the following documents have to be presented:
·     Individual shareholders:
+    ID card/Passport.
+    Notarized copy of Power of Attorney (in case the individual shareholder authorizes another person to come to BSC to execute the transaction)
·     Íntitutional shareholders:
Letter of introduction and ID card/Passport of the person ễche transaction (in case the Institution sends someone to bring documents to BSC to execute the transaction).

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
