QNP: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 14%/share (1,400 VND per share)
- Payment time: 18/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend via bank transfer or at the Finance-Accounting department of Quy Nhon Port Joint Stock Company – No. 2 Phan Chu Trinh, Hai Cang Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province on working days from 18/07/2025. ID cards have to be presented in case of in-person receipt or the Company will transfer to accounts registered by shareholders.
