                - Plan for rounding and plan for handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued to existing shareholders is rounded to the nearest unit. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled. Shares are issued at the rate of 1:2 (doubling the number of shares currently held by existing shareholders), so there will be no fractional shares.
