Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 1.58%/share ( VND 158 per share)
- Payment time: 30/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Financial Accounting Department -  Song Be Rubber Company, address: DT751, Group 8, KP3, Minh Thanh Ward, Chon Thanh Town, Binh Phuoc on working days of the week starting from June 30, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
