Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 3%/share ( VND 300 per share)
- Payment time: 20/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company - address: No. 146 Nguyen Bieu, Ward 2, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City (on weekdays) starting from June 20, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
