Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Execution time: before 30/06/2025
 - Execution venue: Tan Hung commune, Tan Chau district, Tay Ninh province
- Content:
+ Proposal for approval of business line adjustment to ensure maintenance of 100% foreign ownership ratio; 
+ Proposal for approval of the Plan for issuing shares under the employee stock option program;
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
