VOC: Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share)
- Payment date: 26/06/2025
- Payment place:

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.

+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Finance and Accounting - Fund department, Vietnam Vegetable Oils Industry Corporation, level 3, V5 Tower, Sunrise City building, no.23 Nguyen Huu Tho road, Tan Hung ward, district 7, Hochiminh city on working days from 26/06/2025. Identity papers have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
