AMV: Decision on stock under trading restriction, supervision and Notice on the stock status

* Stock under trading restriction status:
Pursuant to Decision No. 681/QD-SGDHN dated 02/6/2025, HNX announces the stock is under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: American Vietnamese Biotech Incorporation
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: AMV
- Effective date: 05/6/2025
- Reason: The listed organization was late in submitting the audited separate and consolidated financial statements for 2024 more than 45 days after the prescribed deadline;
- Trading restrictions: Only allowed to trade on Fridays every week from the effective date of the Decision;
- Applicable regulations: Point a, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Pursuant to Decision No. 682/QD-SGDHN dated 02/6/2025, HNX announces the stock is under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: American Vietnamese Biotech Incorporation
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: AMV
- Effective date: 05/6/2025

- Reason: The auditing organization has a qualified audit opinion on the audited consolidated financial statements for 2023 and 2024;
- Basis for review: The consolidated financial statements 2023 audited by TTP Auditing Company Limited and the financial statements 2024 audited by Nhan Tam Viet Auditing Company Limited;
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 1079/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange.

On 02/6/2024, HNX announces the status of American Vietnamese Biotech Incorporation (stock code: AMV) as follows: 
-  AMV shares are under supervision according to No. 682/QD-SGDHN dated June 2, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange by the Auditing Organization with a qualified audit opinion on the consolidated financial statements for 2023 and 2024;
-  AMV shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 681/QD-SGDHN dated June 2, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the Listed Organization's delay in submitting audited separate and consolidated financial statements for 2024 more than 45 days from the prescribed deadline.
-  AMV shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 153/QD-SGDHN dated March 17, 2025 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the Listed Organization's delay in submitting audited separate and consolidated semi-annual financial statements for 2024 more than 6 months after the prescribed deadline.
