On June 03, 2025, Song Da Cao Cuong JSC received Official Letter No. 6590/VSDC-DKCP.VN dated May 30, 2025 from the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation regarding the adjustment of the maximum foreign ownership rate - stock code SCL. Accordingly, on May 28, 2025, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation received Official Letter No. 1963/UBCK-PTTT dated May 27, 2025 from the State Securities Commission announcing the maximum foreign ownership rate of Song Da Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company (Stock code: SCL). The maximum foreign ownership rate of stock code SCL is adjusted from 0% to 49%.
