VNP: Correction of information on personnel changes

On May 15, 2025, Vietnam Plastics Joint Stock Company announced information about the personnel change of Vietnam Plastics Joint Stock Company on the Company's website and the information page of the Hanoi Stock Exchange. However, the Company discovered errors in the announced information as follows:
I. Error content:
1. In Notice No. 148/TB-NVN dated May 14, 2025 of Vietnam Plastics Joint Stock Company states:
"3. Mr. Hoang Minh Son
Position before appointment: Member of the Board of Directors for the 2023-2028 term
Appointed position: Member of the Board of Directors for the 2023-2028 term/General Director/Legal representative
Term of appointment: From date
Effective date: May 14, 2025"
2. In Notice No. 149/TB-NVN dated May 14, 2025 of Vietnam Plastics Joint Stock Company, it is stated "No. 3. Hoang Minh Son - At column number 8 - Appointment date: May 14, 2025"
II. Correction content:
1. In Notice No. 148/TB-NVN dated May 14, 2025 of Vietnam Plastics Joint Stock Company:
"3. Mr. Hoang Minh Son
Position before appointment: Member of the Board of Directors for the 2023-2028 term
Appointed position: Member of the Board of Directors for the 2023-2028 term/General Director/Legal representative
Term of appointment: From May 15, 2025
