DTP: Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 1 share they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: Due to the issuance ratio of 1:1, there will be no fractional shares.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Ha Noi CPC1 Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. ID cards and passbooks have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
