Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:
- Payment rate: 12%/share ( VND 1,200 per share)
- Payment time: 23/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited shall complete the procedures to receive cash dividends at the headquarters of Lam Thao Fertilizers & Chemicals Joint Stock Company (on weekdays) starting from July 23, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
