SAC: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 8.8%/share (880 VND per share)
- Payment time: 04/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at the Finance-Accounting department, Sai Gon Port Stevedoring and Service Joint Stock Company, 242 Bui Van Ba, Tan Thuan Dong ward, district 7, Hochiminh City on working days from 04/07/2025. ID cards/passports, passbooks or Certificate of business registration, power of attorney (for institutions) have to be presented.
In case shareholders cannot receive dividend in person, they are requested to prepare a Power of Attorney (POA) for the dividend recipient (The POA of an individual shareholder has to be certified by the People's Committee of the Ward, Commune, Town or Notary Office).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
