* Stock under trading restriction:
Pursuant to Decision No. 692/QD-SGDHN dated 04/06/2025, HNX announces the stock is under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: VNECO8 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: VE8
- Effective date: 09/06/2025
- Reason: The Corporation was forced into delisting as their owner's equity was negative in the Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Trading restrictions: Trade is only available every Fridays
- Applicable regulations: Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Management of Unlisted Securities promulgated along with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision, the Corporation shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
